Okay this story sounds eerily familiar. Oh yeah, it just happened to a friend and her son. So, I guess I we should offer solutions instead of constant critique. How about being real, and put an end to fear and manipulation? Jesus did not operate out of that place, and we should not either. My motivation should be to ask myself a simple question: "What difference do it make?". If it doesn't resonate with the kingdom of God, then why am I (we) doing it? Finis.
